Every project is an opportunity to generate social value. We work with clients and partners to identify the outcomes that matter most, from employment, work experience and mentoring to community engagement and support for local organisations.

With many years of experience in social housing in particular, BTP shares the core values of our clients and delivers meaningful social value through housing frameworks and local authority projects.

Making a difference

We are a team that likes to get involved—from community action days with residents to pro-bono architectural support on charitable initiatives. We work alongside communities, building connections and making a positive difference beyond the buildings we design.

    Skills and training

    Through our relationships with local schools, colleges and universities, we introduce young people to careers in architecture and the built environment. We offer work experience placements, mentoring and support with architectural qualifications to develop the next generation of construction professionals.

    Getting involved

    We believe in staying connected and contributing to our local communities. This is why our energetic team gets involved in sponsored walks, runs, tree-planting and community engagement events. Over the last year BTP has delivered over 150 pro bono hours to support local initiatives.
