BTP wins place on 750 million ICN Housing Framework
BTP is delighted to have been awarded a place on both the architectural and principal designer lots on the Innovation Chain North Housing Framework. We are very much looking forward to continue working with members on their development projects.
The £750m framework run by Great Places Housing Group is designed to support delivery of new homes across the north of England. It not only supports Great Places’ very ambitious development programme but also those of other Housing Associations operating across the north of England.
The successful tendering organisations were selected based on their technical competence, price and their commitment to social value.
Managing Director, Vicky Saunders said 'It is great to be appointed once again to this prestigous framework and to be working clients old and new on their development programmes.'
