Design and delivery of five private houses
BTP were architects on William's Row, a £1.75m residential development on Chapel Road, located within a well-established residential area close to Sale Town Centre.
Named after composer John Williams and delivered for Trafford Council, the scheme marks the first outright sale development of its type to be brought forward by the Council.
The completed development comprises five new four-bedroom homes, four semi-detached and one detached, designed to provide high-quality, functional and modern living for future residents. The homes were constructed to a very high standard by contractor J Greenwood (Builders) Limited, with engineering support from P&G Consulting.
The project involved the demolition of two existing buildings to prepare the site for redevelopment. BTP’s design approach responded sensitively to its surroundings, drawing cues from the Claremont Centre and the area’s varied architectural character and surrounding housing.
