Greenbrow Social Club

BTP were architects on this scheme to redevelop Greenbrow Social club to provide 23 new affordable homes working in partnership with client Wythenshawe Community Housing Group and contractor Casey.

The scheme delivers 8 news houses (with 3 and 4 bedroom options) and 15 new one- and two-bedroom apartments, transforming the former social club site into high quality housing for the local community.

As architects we focused on ensuring this redevelopmetn provides well-designed homes that pick up design cues and blend harmoniously with the surrounding residential area.
