BTP Architects - awarded place on Cutting Edge Housing Framework

BTP appointed to Â£4.5m architectural framework

BTP is delighted to have been appointed to a new £4.5m Cutting edge housing framework for architects following a rigorous tender exercise. Operating across the North of England, Cutting Edge comprises eight housing associations, namely Riverside, The Regenda Group, Magenta Living, Salix Homes, Irwell Valley Homes, Together Housing Group, Onward Living and Progress Housing Group.

BTP was successful in joining boht the North West and North East Lots scoring top marks amongst 5 other archtiectural practices.

It is anticipated that over the next four years the framework will involve a mix of residential projects, mixed-use development, urban regeneration, retrofits and refurbishments of existing homes, conversions of heritage and other buildings, and self builds.
