Project Description

Design & delivery of 94 contemporary, high quality homes in Congleton

BTP were architects on a residential scheme for Laurus Homes to deliver 94 new houses (ranging from 2-5 bedrooms) across 2 sites with 70% private sale and 30% shared ownership/affordable rent.

Working closely with client and stakeholders, our design reflects the high land values and the ‘Cheshire-set aesthetic’ and includes a mixture of different elevations, interchangeable floor plates, option of en-suites/Jack and Jill bedrooms to maximise ROI for private sale.

We designed high quality, desirable private housing with kerb appeal to compete with surrounding private estates from major house developers. We worked closely with interior designers and landscape architects to design a desirable, marketable scheme that works cohesively together.

Client Testimonial

The properties have been designed with real attention to detail from BTP and will provide a range of private and affordable housing options for local people.
