Delivery of 10 new private houses on the site of a former public house

BTP were appointed as architects on a project for Wiggett Homes to design and deliver 10 luxury private homes on Brinnington Road in Stockport. Overlooking Warth Meadow in Stockport, the new Valley Park View development boasts a mixture of 3 and 4-bedroom homes in both news and semi-detached styles on a tree-lined street.

The new development is on the site of the former Jack and Jill public house and presented various challenges with regards to levels to the rear of the site.
