Chartist House, Hyde

BTP were lead architects on a project to refurbish an 18-storey tower block in Hyde for Jigsaw Homes.  Working with contractor Casey, the project included installing a new insulated render system together with an external wall cladding system. In addition the windows were upgraded with more efficient UPVC and aluminium windows.  Together these measures have improved the energy efficiency for residents, resolved maintenance issues and enhanced the overall appearance of the building.
