The Willows, Wythenshawe

BTP were architects on a project to design 34 new affordable homes for client Wythenshawe Community Housing Group, built by Casey. Located on the site of the former Alfred Morris Court sheltered housing scheme, The Willows is a truly mixed tenure housing scheme providing 23 new build apartments and 11 houses for outright sale, shared ownership and social rent.  

The scheme is the winner of the 'Best Large Affordable Housing Development' in the North West  2022 LABC Building Excellence Awards.
