Project Description

Design and delivery of 31 new affordable homes in Fylde.

BTP worked in partnership with Muir Housing and Stanley Investments to deliver 31 high quality, contemporary new homes on Cropper Road in Fylde. The BTP-designed scheme has provided nine 3-bedroom, six 2-bedroom, along with 12 1-bed and 4 2-bed flats, which are all available for affordable rent. The homes were built by contractor Holmpatrick Developments.
