Refurbishment of a 19-storey high rise aparthotel
BTP are lead architects on a project to refurbish and relcad a 19-storey high rise building in central Manchester. The Light House is a landmark building and comprises commercial units to the ground floor and 106 residential apartments. The project is currently progressing well on-site with works including, external facade refurbishment comprising new non-combustible cladding and fire stopping.
