30 new apartments on the site of a former public house
BTP were appointed by One Vision Housing to design 30 affordable apartments on the site of the former Cabbage Inn pub in Sefton.
One Vision Housing (OVH), part of The Sovini Group, has announced that its eagerly awaited redevelopment project on the site of the former Cabbage Pub in Netherton, Sefton has been completed.
The land on Fleetwood’s Lane became available when the former Cabbage Pub tragically burnt down. To prevent deterioration of the area, BTP worked with OVH to design much needed affordable housing solutions, supporting their vision to reinvest and strengthen communities.
BTP's design delivers high quality, contemporary affordable accommodation that is low carbon with long product life cycles. Electric car charging points have been included helping to enhance the local environment.
