delivery of 42 affordable, age-friendly apartments
BTP were architects on this transformative project for Southway Housing Trust, providing 42 high quality one-bedroom apartments for local people aged 55 and over.
In partnership with contractor Watson Homes, this modern and attractive housing scheme replaces the outdated Emmanuel Court sheltered housing complex, which previously consisted of 1970s-era bedsits that were no longer fit for purpose.
This 21,800-square-foot development not only addresses housing needs but also plays a pivotal role in revitalising the surrounding area.
Brickfields House is an age-friendly development offering thoughtfully designed apartments that are energy efficient, reducing fuel costs for residents.
