BTP Architects - tender success on housing frameworks

BTP enjoys string of tender successes

Following a busy tender season, BTP has secured a place on a number of major frameworks.

We were awarded top position on the architectural lot of the Re:allies/Procure Plus housing framework, which is responsible for over 1.5 million properties across the UK.

For the first time, BTP has also won a place on the Forviva housing framework, again achieving top ranking in the architectural lot. Forviva comprises City West Housing Trust, Villages Housing, ForLiving and Liverty and owns and manages 24,000 homes across the North West.

Our conservation team has also come up trumps, winning an appointment as sole Conservation Architect to Manchester City Council working on a range of their heritage projects. They were also one of three architectural practices to be appointed to the Heritage Lot of Cheshire East Council's recent Consultant's Framework.
