Liam Jones
BSc(Hons)
I joined the BTP team as an architectural technician in June 2023. As a graduate in Architectural design and technology from the University of Salford, I have brought my experience of working on a mixture of residential new builds, domestic extensions, conversions to historic and commercial buildings.
Recent projects have included the conversion and restoration of a Grade II listed former chapel, as well as a series of high-rise building refurbishment/recladding projects and delivery of a new build scheme to Passivhaus design principles. I am also involved in the technical design and modelling for a new care home and leading on the planning, building regulations and tender process for a number of domestic projects and everything in between. Outside of work, I am the Chair of Trustees for the Frodsham Youth Club charity as well as having been a Town Councillor for 5 years and Mayor of Frodsham. I also enjoy going to the gym, listening to classical and rock music and working towards a motorbike licence.
